Fall Intern/Operations

• →Set up and maintain inventory management systems, including organizing storage areas and implementing RFID-based asset tracking.
• →Receive, organize, label, and stock incoming packages, laboratory supplies, and operational materials.
• →Support daily operational and laboratory tasks to ensure smooth facility workflows.
• →Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of laboratory and shared workspaces.
• →Conduct routine inventory checks and help maintain accurate inventory records and supply levels.
• →Assist with workspace optimization, storage organization, and operational improvement projects.
• →Collaborate with Operations and R&D teams to support evolving company and laboratory needs.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Operations, Biology, Biotechnology, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable performing hands-on work, including organizing inventory, receiving shipments, and maintaining laboratory spaces.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Previous experience in laboratory operations, inventory management, logistics, facilities, or administrative support.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems, asset management software, or RFID technology.
• Experience working in a startup, research, healthcare, biotechnology, or laboratory environment.
