Orientation is scheduled for up to one month and takes place concurrently with the first training phase. Department: Rooms Division Position: Guest Service Agent (Front Desk Agent) Duration: 3.5 months Job Description: [FIRST NAME] will greet and register guests, assign rooms, confirm and manage reservations, and process payments. They will respond to guest requests, handle service recovery situations, and communicate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction. They will also gain experience managing guest accounts, balancing transactions, and maintaining accurate records within the PMS system. This phase emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and consistent guest interaction. Department: Back of House Position: Sales Coordinator Duration: 4 months Job Description: [FIRST NAME] will learn responsibilities related to hotel sales coordination, including supporting client communication, processing contracts and proposals, organizing sales documentation, distributing operational information to hotel departments, and assisting with room, banquet, and meeting space coordination. This phase will also provide exposure to how sales operations support revenue generation, guest experiences, and collaboration between front office, conference services, food and beverage, and other hotel operational departments within a full-service hotel environment. Department: Rooms Division Position: One Touch Office (Guest Experience Agent) Duration: 4 months Job Description: [FIRST NAME] will learn responsibilities related to guest experience operations, including reviewing arrivals, VIPs, and group activity; assisting with guest requests and follow-up communication; supporting One Touch Office procedures; and coordinating communication between operational departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Training will include exposure to VIP arrival preparation, guest amenity coordination, room inspections, service recovery techniques, guest engagement within public areas of the hotel, group coordination, guest request tracking systems, site visit preparation, and maintaining service standards throughout the guest journey from pre-arrival through departure. This phase will also provide exposure to how front office, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and sales departments collaborate to support overall guest satisfaction within a luxury lifestyle hotel environment. Requirements - you are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR - you have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR - you have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA) - you have shown consistent career growth over the last years - you have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers
