Behaviour Interactive is looking for an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to maintain its current infrastructure and help design, plan, and implement a more scalable platform for our growing SaaS offering. You will serve as a technical expert, working directly with the Infrastructure Lead to deliver state-of-the-art solid and secured infrastructure, support, and connectivity.

We’re looking for someone with a strong technical foundation and hands-on experience in Windows Server, networking, VPNs, SAN, and cloud/SaaS platforms. Administer and maintain servers, storage, virtualization platforms, and network infrastructure across on‑premise and cloud environments.

Manage system access, authentication, and secure remote connectivity to ensure security and compliance.

Support cloud infrastructure for SaaS applications, including platform migrations and cloud modernization initiatives.

Provide Tier 3/escalation support for complex technical issues, including performance troubleshooting, and participate in an on‑call rotation to ensure system stability and reliability.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and highly available solutions for internal and client systems, while mentoring junior administrators.

Evaluate, test, and implement new tools and technologies, contributing to automation and continuous improvement efforts.

7+ years of progressive experience in Systems Administration, Network Engineering, or related infrastructure roles, with the ability to serve as Tier 3/escalation support and resolve complex issues.

Deep expertise with Windows Server (2012 and later), including upgrades, migrations, and enterprise‑scale administration.

Strong hands‑on experience with virtualization and cloud platforms, including VMware ESXi, Azure, AWS, and enterprise storage solutions (Nimble, HPE Qumulo).

Solid networking fundamentals with practical experience managing HPE Aruba switching and firewall platforms (Fortinet or equivalent).

Experience with authentication and identity services (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, SAML), along with scripting or automation skills using PowerShell, Python, or similar tools.

Collaborative, team‑oriented professional with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a positive approach to problem‑solving.

Administrer et assurer la maintenance des serveurs, du stockage, des plateformes de virtualisation et de l’infrastructure réseau, tant en environnements sur site qu’infonuagiques;

Gérer les accès aux systèmes, l’authentification et la connectivité sécurisée à distance afin d’assurer la sécurité et la conformité;

Soutenir l’infrastructure infonuagique pour les applications SaaS, incluant les migrations de plateformes et les initiatives de modernisation du nuage;

Fournir un support de niveau 3 / point d’escalade pour des problématiques techniques complexes, incluant l’analyse et la résolution des enjeux de performance, et participer à une rotation de garde afin d’assurer la stabilité et la fiabilité des systèmes;

Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires afin de livrer des solutions fiables, évolutives et hautement disponibles pour les systèmes internes et clients, tout en mentorant les administrateurs juniors;

Évaluer, tester et implanter de nouveaux outils et technologies, en contribuant aux efforts d’automatisation et d’amélioration continue.

Plus de 7 ans d’expérience progressive en administration de systèmes, en ingénierie réseau ou dans des rôles liés à l’infrastructure, avec la capacité d’agir comme support de niveau 3 / point d’escalade pour résoudre des enjeux complexes;

Excellente maîtrise de Windows Server (2012 et versions ultérieures), incluant la gestion des mises à niveau et des migrations;

Solide expérience pratique des plateformes de virtualisation et infonuagiques, notamment VMware ESXi, Azure, AWS, ainsi que des solutions de stockage d’entreprise (Nimble, HPE Qumulo);

Bonnes bases en réseautique avec une expérience concrète de l’administration des commutateurs HPE Aruba et des pare-feux (Fortinet ou équivalent);

Expérience dans la gestion des services d’authentification et d’identité (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, SAML), combinée à des compétences en script ou en automatisation (PowerShell, Python ou équivalent);

Professionnel collaboratif et orienté équipe, doté d’excellentes compétences en communication, d’une attitude proactive et d’une forte capacité à résoudre des problèmes.
