Big Brand Tire & Service is looking for a high-impact leader to support the successful integration of newly acquired stores while helping build and stabilize new markets during periods of growth.

This role combines operational leadership, team development, and post-merger integration management. The Integration Manager serves as the primary leader and point of contact for assigned acquisitions during their 90-day integration journey while also supporting select new geographic markets as an interim District Manager when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful integration of newly acquired stores during their first 90 days
  • Manage and coach Integration Leads supporting new locations
  • Ensure stores successfully adopt company processes, systems, and operational standards
  • Partner with store teams to drive sales, retention, customer service, and operational performance
  • Support onboarding, training, and development of new team members
  • Monitor integration timelines, milestones, and overall store readiness
  • Identify operational risks and implement solutions quickly
  • Serve as interim District Manager for up to two emerging markets when needed
  • Provide in-market leadership, coaching, and operational oversight for newly acquired stores
  • Travel regularly to support stores, integration teams, and operational execution
  • New stores achieve operational readiness within the 90-day integration timeline
  • Strong team member retention and engagement
  • Achievement of sales, margin, and service-level targets
  • High satisfaction scores from frontline teams
  • Smooth transition of stores into steady-state operations
  • 5+ years of automotive retail management experience
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Experience leading multi-store operations or integrations preferred
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and traveling extensively
  • Knowledge of tires, automotive services, and retail operations strongly preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Significant travel required (approximately 2–3 weeks per month)
  • Overnight travel required as needed
  • Flexibility to support stores and teams during critical business needs
