About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-level MDM and Data Governance Consultant to join our growing practice, based remotely in Poland. You will work on client engagements spanning master data management strategy, platform implementation, and governance framework development, contributing to programmes that help organisations take control of their critical data assets.

What You’ll Do

• Support the design and delivery of MDM strategies and architectures for enterprise clients.
• Assist in the implementation of MDM platforms (e.g. Ataccama, Reltio, Informatica MDM, SAP MDG).
• Contribute to data governance deliverables including data dictionaries, data owner frameworks, and policy documentation.
• Map and document master data domains, hierarchies, and entity relationships.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate data models.
• Support data quality assessment and cleansing activities within MDM programmes.
• Produce clear documentation and contribute to client-facing presentations.

What You’ll Need

• Foundational to intermediate experience in MDM — understanding of MDM styles (Registry, Consolidation, Coexistence, Centralised).
• Exposure to at least one MDM platform (Ataccama, Reltio, Informatica, SAP MDG, or similar).
• Understanding of data governance principles and how they intersect with MDM.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail when working with data models and domain hierarchies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a specialist data consultancy environment.
• Consultancy experience or exposure to multi-client delivery a plus.
