Maintain strong channel cooperation support and processes, and enhance channel growth dimension; increase channel output, and coordinate and solve various problems in the process; 维护渠道良好的合作关系，能够站在增长维度给予渠道运营支持，帮助渠道产量提升，协调解决合作过程中的各种问题

3 years experience in Internet product growth or channel development, experience in blockchain, finance, Internet product user growth or channel development is preferred; 有3年的互联网产品增长或增长渠道拓展经验，有区块链，金融，互联网产品的用户增长或者渠道拓展经验优先

Good at listening to customer needs, always look for user growth solutions from the perspective of user growth and channel operation; 善于倾听客户需求，时刻站在用户增长和渠道运营角度去寻找用户增长解决方案

Bilingual English and Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders; 熟悉中英文，了解中文市场
