You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Who may apply

Current university students and recent graduates

We are looking for a motivated individual to join the CIS Marketing team, focusing on content development, paid acquisition channels, and supporting lifecycle marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a crypto enthusiast or junior growth marketer eager to deepen their skills in digital marketing within a fast-paced Web3 environment.

Assist with content creation and management for blogs, announcements, and educational materials;

Support internal communication initiatives, particularly within lifecycle marketing campaigns (emails, push notifications, in-app messages);

Help optimize and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.);

Assist with community growth;

Assist with MKT Campaigns executions;

Participate in growth experiments and help analyze performance metrics;

Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team on recurring tasks and campaign execution.

Interest in crypto/blockchain (previous experience in Web3 or tech marketing is a plus); at least basic user of any crypto platforms;

Understanding of paid ads management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and willingness to learn deeper;

Strong written and verbal communication skills;

Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail;

Bilingual Uzbek/English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Fluency in Russian is a nice to have;
