Knowledge and experience within the Microsoft stack of applications and platforms.
Demonstrated knowledge of server configurations: RAID, SAN, networking protocols, IIS, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, VPN technologies, firewalls, and security certificates.
Demonstrated network knowledge: WAN, LAN, VPN, VLAN, Route and Switch, Firewalls, ACLs, Spanning Tree.
Demonstrated of knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy and Distributed File System practices
Demonstrated ability in diagnosing and remedying critical server-related problems and failures promptly and effectively.
Demonstrated knowledge of hyper converged infrastructure and networking components.
Knowledge of in/out of band management.
Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate or higher
Amazon AWS SysOps Administrator or higher
Knowledge of and experience with Part 11/Annex 11, GAMP, GDPR, and NIST 800-53
This position has no supervisory responsibilities
Receives direction regarding prioritization and approval of proposed technical solutions
Works independently to resolve issues following established SOPs and best practices
