- Predictable Income: A guaranteed base salary with the ability to earn more by taking on additional intake evaluations.
- W-2 Stability: Part-time employment with full benefits — healthcare, 401(k), and generous paid time off.

- Role: W-2 Employee — Part-Time
- Commitment: 20 hours per week
- Schedule: Flexible, with emphasis on core hours (after 3pm ET weekdays and/or weekends)

- Clinically Excellent: Experience working with children and adolescents as a PMHNP; practiced independently at the top of your scope for at least one year.

- Collaborative: Thrive in team-based environments alongside therapists and interdisciplinary colleagues, ensuring seamless handoffs to ongoing care.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms for telehealth.
- Comprehensive Intake Evaluations: Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments for the 2–26 age range, establishing a strong clinical foundation for each patient's care journey.
- Whole-Child Integration: Collaborate with therapists to develop individualized treatment plans that address the root cause of behavior and ensure patients are matched to the right ongoing provider.
- Family Empowerment: Educate parents and caregivers during the intake process, helping them understand their child's diagnosis and navigate next steps in their mental health journey.
- Clinical Excellence: Oversee diagnostic testing and maintain thorough, HIPAA-compliant intake documentation.
- Education: Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program
- Certification: PMHNP-BC certification
- Experience: At least one year of independent psychiatric experience working under licensure
- Licensure: Active license in PA, VA, NJ, or MD
- Compliance: DEA license and State Prescriptive Authority
- Availability: Flexibility to work during core after-school hours (after 4pm ET) and/or weekends
- Immediate Intake Caseload: Guaranteed patient referrals — start seeing patients right away.
- Full Administrative Support: We handle credentialing, licensing fees, billing, and insurance so you can focus entirely on clinical care.
- Paid Consultation: Weekly clinical consultation and professional development are built into your paid schedule.
- Liability Coverage: Professional Liability Insurance is fully covered.
