Good Have Skills : Handling customers, Proficiency with CRM systems and customer service tools Roles and Responsibilities : 1.Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat. 2.Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution. 3.Maintain a deep understanding of products/services to provide accurate information to customers. 4.Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system. 5.Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or supervisor. 6.Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. 7.Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently. 8.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience. 9.Contribute to team effort by achieving individual and team performance goals. 10.Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
