BlinkRx is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. Alongside our recruiters, you will collaborate with both hiring managers and candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for all stakeholders. Responsibilities

→Scheduling interviews working directly with candidates and hiring managers
→Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
→Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status
→Tracking recruitment activities and assisting with weekly update reports
→Coordinate scheduling of post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials
→Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
→Assist in the execution of other recruiting activities as needed

Requirements

Prior experience working with an applicant tracking system
1+ years of recruiting coordinator or human resources experience
Experience with Google Workspace, including, but not limited to, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
Strong customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates
Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently and guide them to closure with minimal supervision
Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Flexible, able to change direction quickly
Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity
Able to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate
