Responsibilities

→Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python that power trading, transfers and settlement.
→Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to build high-quality, reliable software.
→Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that follows best practices.
→Help improve system performance, reliability, and development workflows.
→Learn about cloud-based architectures, microservices, and distributed systems in a production environment.
→Contribute to the implementation of security best practices to protect sensitive financial data.
→Participate in code reviews and team discussions to continuously improve code quality and processes.

Responsibilities

→Hands-on experience with Python in backend or web application development (personal, academic, or professional projects all count).
→Basic understanding of REST APIs, databases (SQL or NoSQL), and data structures.
→Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
→Interest in learning about messaging systems (NATS, Redis, etc.), and distributed architectures.
→Curiosity about the fintech or crypto industry—previous exposure is a plus, but not required.
→Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.
