Contract Licensed Behavioral Support Therapist - In Person Care

• →Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) in accordance with HCS guidelines
• →Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) that are person-directed and evidence-based Provide training and support to service providers, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• →Monitor effectiveness of interventions and revise plans as needed
• →Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide treatment decisions
• →Participate in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings as required
• →Ensure all documentation meets HHSC, Medicaid, and HCS waiver standards
• →Maintain timely and accurate service documentation

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Must meet Texas HCS Behavioral Support Provider qualifications
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and ethical practices (BACB)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in home and community-based settings
• Reliable transportation for community-based service delivery
• Must pass a background check

• Experience providing services within the Texas HCS or other Medicaid waiver programs
• Familiarity with HHSC documentation and compliance requirements

• Services are provided in home and community settings
• Flexible, PRN-based scheduling depending on client referrals
