Experience in telecommunications, infrastructure solutions, or a related technical industry. Demonstrated success in inside sales, account management, or customer-facing sales roles.
Responsibilities

- →Identify expansion opportunities within current customers while actively pursuing new business relationships.
- →Interpret client needs and recommend structured wiring solutions, including copper, coaxial, and fiber-based systems.
- →Communicate product capabilities and technical value propositions in a clear and compelling way.
- →Develop quotes, proposals, and supporting documentation aligned with customer requirements.
- →Partner with internal teams across operations and technical functions to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- →Maintain awareness of market trends, product developments, and competitive positioning.
- →Consistently achieve or exceed defined sales goals and performance metrics.
- →Deliver a high level of customer service to foster long-term partnerships.
- →Accurately track pipeline activity and customer interactions within CRM platforms.
Requirements

- Demonstrated success in inside sales, account management, or customer-facing sales roles.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex product offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Familiarity with structured wiring solutions such as fiber optics, category cabling, and coaxial systems is highly desirable.
- Experience using CRM systems and standard business tools.
