  • Lead business development efforts targeting OEM customers within server, networking, and hardware sectors
  • Own the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, deal structuring, negotiation, and long-term account expansion
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers in procurement, engineering, and supply chain
  • Align customer demand forecasts with internal supply capabilities and partner roadmaps
  • Monitor market conditions including pricing trends, component availability, and competitive positioning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and secure new logo opportunities while expanding existing account penetration
  • Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and strategic engagements
  • 7 to 10 plus years of experience in semiconductor, memory, or related component sales (DRAM, NAND, SSD, or similar)
  • Proven success selling into OEM environments across the U.S., including Tier 1 and Tier 2 organizations
  • Strong existing network within hardware procurement or engineering organizations preferred
  • Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, pricing models, and product lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and scale revenue across multiple accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced growth environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred
