Industrial Quality Manager

• →Lead all plant quality operations and provide direction for quality personnel.
• →Maintain and improve the site's ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• →Develop quality standards, procedures, inspection methods, and process controls that support manufacturing excellence.
• →Champion continuous improvement initiatives using structured root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.
• →Oversee laboratory activities, inspection systems, calibration programs, and product verification processes.
• →Partner with manufacturing leadership to improve process capability, reduce defects, and increase operational performance.
• →Support product qualification activities, production trials, and process improvement initiatives involving finishing, coatings, heat treatment, or related manufacturing operations.
• →Collaborate with suppliers to resolve material quality concerns and strengthen supplier performance.
• →Provide technical guidance to customer facing teams while assisting with product performance questions and quality related investigations.
• →Participate in customer meetings as needed to support quality initiatives and strengthen long term relationships.
• →Promote a culture focused on safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Five or more years of quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience leading and developing quality professionals.
• Hands on experience with Non Destructive Examination (NDE).
• Background in steel, pipe, tube, metals, heavy industrial manufacturing, or similar process manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience supporting heat treating, coatings, finishing operations, or comparable production processes.
• Demonstrated success leading continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem solving abilities.
