Sales Leader

· Partner with executive leadership to strengthen commercial strategy, sales priorities, and market expansion efforts
· Help build and develop the sales function through hiring, coaching, onboarding, and day to day leadership
· Create practical sales systems that improve pipeline visibility, forecast quality, and team accountability
· Develop target account strategies, open new relationships, and guide deals from initial outreach through signed agreement
· Work cross functionally with marketing, product, and customer-facing teams to improve positioning, conversion, and long-term customer value
· Bring customer and market insight back to leadership to support smarter product and growth decisions
· Strong B2B sales success in software, AI, SaaS, automation, analytics, or another consultative technology environment
· Experience leading or helping scale a sales team, while also remaining effective as an individual contributor
· A track record of consistently hitting or outperforming quota in complex sales cycles
· Confidence selling to senior decision makers and building trusted executive relationships
· Experience creating sales process, establishing performance expectations, and improving team operating rhythm
· Comfort in a growth-stage setting where structure is still being built and adaptability matters
· Strong communication skills, commercial judgment, and the ability to balance strategy with action
