• Lead field operations across multiple commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate manpower planning, labor allocation, and daily field activities to maximize productivity.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Review construction documents and organize field execution strategies.
• Monitor workmanship to ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Partner with project teams, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve field challenges and maintain strong working relationships.
• Drive accountability for safety, productivity, and schedule performance across multiple active jobs.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to field personnel while promoting a positive team culture.
• Communicate project progress, resource needs, and field updates to internal leadership.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and project delivery.

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent within commercial construction.
• Strong experience with commercial drywall and interior specialty contracting is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success overseeing multiple concurrent commercial projects.
• Experience managing manpower planning, scheduling, productivity, and quality control.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and organize project execution effectively.
• Strong client facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Leadership presence with the ability to motivate and direct field teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Excellent organizational, problem solving, and decision making abilities.
