• →Oversee daily operations of the Bistro including checking that tasks have been completed, handle guest complaints, delegate tasks, and supervise bartenders.
• →Training for all new FOH new hires
• →Assist with Events.
• →Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• →Engage with customers to take drink/food orders and provide recommendations.
• →Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Bistro
• →Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service.
• →Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and the Micros system.
• →Serve food to customers.
• →Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, especially during events.
• →Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain compliance with health regulations.
• →Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.

• Previous experience as a bartender is required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage customers effectively.
• Be able to lift 30 lbs plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
