Maintenance-Fairfield Inn & Suites Marriott

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring the hotel is clean, safe, and fully operational for our guests. The ideal candidate takes pride in providing excellent service, responds quickly to maintenance requests, and helps maintain a welcoming environment throughout the property. Previous hotel maintenance experience is a plus but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.

• →Respond promptly to guest room maintenance requests.
• →Perform routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and building systems.
• →Complete preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
• →Repair or replace fixtures, lighting, faucets, toilets, doors, locks, drywall, flooring, and other building components.
• →Maintain the hotel's pool, laundry equipment, and common areas as assigned.
• →Perform painting, carpentry, and general repairs.
• →Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies.
• →Assist with emergency repairs and be available for after-hours or weekend issues when scheduled.
• →Keep maintenance tools, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized.
• →Work closely with the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Previous maintenance or hotel experience preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders, rooftops, and in confined spaces when necessary.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
