1–2 years of Food & Beverage or hospitality experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, and guest service standards preferred.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
