At Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry, we’ve been spreading smiles across Post Falls and Hayden for years—and we’re growing! We’re looking for a Dental Team Member to join our amazing crew, with opportunities for a Business Assistant (Front Desk) or Dental Assistant—both available in full-time or part-time roles—across our two vibrant locations.

You'll be the first friendly face our little patients and their families see! From warm greetings to smooth check-ins and check-outs—or supporting clinical care—you’ll help keep things running like clockwork.

Our days start at 7:10 AM and run through 5:30 PM, perfect for early risers who love variety and high energy.

Heads-up: You’ll travel between Post Falls and Hayden, so flexibility is key!

• Greet patients and families with warmth and enthusiasm
• Manage scheduling, phones, and front office flow
• Handle insurance verification and patient communication

• Assist providers during procedures
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms
• Help create a fun, calm experience for pediatric patients

• 1–3 years of awesome customer service (bonus points for dental or medical!)
• Willingness to jump in where you are needed
• Comfortable with multi-line phones
• Clear, friendly communicator
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Passion for helping others and making kids feel at ease

This is a safety-sensitive position. A pre-employment drug screen is required. We strictly follow CDC, OSHA, and ADA safety guidelines to keep everyone safe.
