Sign on Bonus: $45,000 allocated as follows: 

• $25,000 signing bonus that vests over the first year of employment.
• $20,000 stay bonus that vests over the second year of employment.

Compensation: $180,000 - $450,000 base salary + production bonuses up to 35% net production

• Licensure: Active (or eligible to obtain) Dental License in Idaho and/or Washington.
• Certifications: BLS/PALS certification.
• Mindset: A genuine passion for pediatric oral health, excellent bedside manner, and a "kid-first" communication style.
