Technical Business Analyst, Supervision (Insurance, Funds and Corporate Authorisations) Department

The Bermuda Monetary Authority (Authority or BMA) is seeking the services of a skilled and capable individual to work as a Technical Business Analyst in our Supervision (Insurance, Funds and Corporate Authorisations) Department. Reporting to the Insurance Innovation Specialist, the Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining digital tools that support the Authority’s supervisory functions. This position is suitable either for a professional developer interested in gaining knowledge about insurance supervision and regulatory frameworks, while excelling in a solution-oriented, execution-focused environment or a citizen developer with experience in using Microsoft Power Platform to describe functionality in business terms, evaluate current supervisory workflows, lead the modelling and continuous engineering of supervisory processes and develop and implement Supervisory Technology (SupTech). The post holder will provide technical delivery, process optimisation, and hands-on development, as well as strategic leadership and visionary planning.
