Responsibilities

- →Answer customer calls to the IT Support phone line and provide assistance
- →Research computer and software issues and offer resolutions
- →Maintain documentation
- →Pursue self-education/development to enhance skills and abilities
- →Must be punctual and accountable
- →Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Must be enrolled as a student at Bob Jones University
- 18 years old with a valid driver's license preferred
- Good customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Aptitude for training and developing users
- Ability to proactively identify tasks that need to be done
- Ability to follow instructions and to pay attention to details
- Working knowledge of basic MS Office applications
- Desire and aptitude to learn new technologies
- Must (occasionally) lift/carry up to 20 lbs. and /or push/pull up to 25 lbs.
