• Car deal compliance and posting in spreadsheet format
• Vehicle Service Contract Processing and refunds
• Finance Reserve Payment processing and reconciliation
• Incentive/Rebate submittal, payment processing and reconciliation
• Bank Deposits assist as needed
• Daily communication by email with dealership management staff
• Other task as assigned by the Office Manager or Controller

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Office, Microsoft products
• Bookkeeping or Accounting experience, preferably in the auto field
• Positive attitude and eagerness to improve
• Driven personality - able to be successful in an individual and team setting
• Ability to meet deadlines with great Time Management skills
• Team Player - the dealership is only as good as the team behind it! Open to cross training in several specialties within the office
