MH-139 Quality Assurance Representative

Boeing Aerospace Operations

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Quality Assurance Representative to support MH-139 maintenance efforts at Maxwell AFB, AL. The individual will work closely with the MH-139 Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning, execution and delivery of Quality products and services. This position will be100% on-site at Maxwell AFB, AL.

Responsibilities

→Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance.
→Performs inspections on aircraft for maintenance activities on the MH-139 platform
→Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures
→Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems
→Performs internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements
→Documents audit results in standard formats
→Works under general supervision

Requirements

5+ years of experience in aircraft sustainment
5+ years rotorcraft aircraft experience
3+ years of Quality Assurance Inspector experience (CDI, CDQAR, QAR, 7-level)
Willing to work variable shifts (shift 1, 2, or 3)

Technical data experience
DCMA INST 8210.1C experience
AS9100 Revision D experience
Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery
