Join our dynamic and supportive Quality team! In this role, you will conduct Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on aerospace products using cutting edge methods including ultrasonic (UT), eddy current (ET), and/or radiographic (RT).

Requirements
~1 min readHigh school diploma or equivalent
Formal, documented hours of NDT training/experience or military equivalent
Currently hold ASNT Level III NDT certification in Ultrasonic (UT), Eddy Current (ET) or Radiography (RT)
More than 5 years of experience reading, understanding and interpreting engineering technical information (e.g., drawings, handbooks, industry standards and specifications)
More than 5 years of experience interpreting/developing policies, practices, processes, and procedures as they apply to technical documentation to ensure quality product delivery
Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
More than 10 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
More than 5 years of experience conducting NDT certification preparation training (developing certification training and examinations) providing necessary guidance and/or supervision to Trainees, Level I and II NDT Certified personnel
Skills and knowledge to audit NDT facilities for compliance with applicable requirements.
More than 5 years of NDT experience in aerospace composite inspection

Develops program specific non-destructive testing documents.

Has the skills and knowledge to interpret codes, standards, and other contractual specifications that control the method used at their Site and/or program(s).

Develops and implements processes and procedures for new or revised non-destructive testing methods.

Audits, validates and approves systems and techniques of suppliers and processors.

Develops certification training and examinations.
- →
Develops innovative test processes and equipment.
- →
Consults suppliers and customers to resolve technical issues involving tests, processes and equipment.

Develops principles and methods for analyzing test, inspection or statistical data.

Consults on corrective action to resolve process or product anomalies.

Participates on enterprise and industry teams to influence the standardization and regulation of training and certification requirements.

Conducts certification preparation training, capable of providing the necessary guidance and/or supervision to Trainees, Level I and II NDT Certified personnel.
