Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Project Management Specialist Mid-Level to join our T-45 / AV-8B Program Management team in Hazelwood, MO.
In this role, you will lead and coordinate multiple T-45 / AV-8B Logistics and Sustainment efforts. The ideal candidate brings strong program management discipline, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excellent collaboration skills to help drive successful program execution. Responsibilities

- →Lead and coordinate multiple projects supporting sustainment, logistics, engineering reach-back, and program execution objectives
- →Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, metrics, and reporting to ensure successful execution throughout the project lifecycle
- →Manage risks, issues, opportunities, and change activity, including development and execution of mitigation and implementation plans
- →Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, building strong working relationships across Navy customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal Boeing teams
- →Working closely with the existing CLS contractor (V2X), BGS (Government & Commercial) Capabilities, BCA and BDS partners to create an integrated One Boeing sustainment approach for Transactional Spares requirements
- →Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with business partners across BGS, BCA, BDS, suppliers, and support teams to deliver coordinated solutions and services
- →Track project performance and task execution, ensuring work is completed as planned and project data supports timely, informed management decisions
- →Apply program management best practices, including Earned Value Management (EVM), project controls, and continuous process improvement
- →Support sustainment and operational requirements, including material and supply chain requests, Aircraft-on-Ground (AOG) support, and other customer support initiatives
- →Develop and present leadership-level briefings, program status updates, and analytical reports, including lessons learned and historical data to support planning and execution
- →Lead issue resolution and develop innovative, best-value solutions to complex program challenges
- →Support proposal development, business growth initiatives, and long-term sustainment strategies for Navy aircraft platforms
- →Travel to customer and Navy locations may be required on an infrequent basis
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 2+ years of experience developing, leading, and executing projects, including the application of project management processes and skills
- Experience in leadership, formally or informally, leading teams in a cross-functional environment
- Experience working with external stakeholders (e.g., customers, suppliers, or government representatives)
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders.
- Experience in proposal development
- Experience in a role involving strategic planning and risk identification/management
- Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) or other government acquisition processes
- Experience working with United States Navy programs

Summary Pay Range: $94,350 – $127,650
