A trusts and estates firm in the Hartford, CT area is seeking an attorney to join their growing team. This role is ideal for an attorney with 1-3+ years of direct experience in estate planning, probate, and/or trust administration. Candidates must have direct experience in estate planning, probate and/or trust administration to be considered for this opportunity.

Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and other relevant documents
Manage trust and estate administration matters
Appear in probate court for hearings and related proceedings
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients,
Maintain and manage your own caseload in a busy practice
Work closely with partners, attorneys, and staff on complex files
Stay informed on changes in estate, probate, fiduciary, and Elder Law
Support business development efforts, networking, and firm initiatives
Participate in client education or presentations when needed
