About the Role
~1 min readAs a Demand & Process Manager (Campaigns) in Central Operations, you act as the central coordination and process interface for campaign-related topics. Your job is to turn incoming requests and recurring operational flows into clear standards, structured requirements, and aligned ways of working across Sales, Content, Campaign and QA Operations Teams, and Product.
You make sure campaigns can be run consistently by ensuring clarity on inputs, responsibilities, constraints, and process ownership, reducing workarounds and creating transparency on what needs to change in processes or tools.

Serve as a central point to structure and clarify campaign-related demands, ensuring Product receives a coherent operational view.

Align expectations and responsibilities across stakeholders (Sales, Content, Campaign and QA Operations Teams, and Product) and keep a clear view of dependencies and handovers.

Partner with Product to clarify open questions early and ensure proposed changes fit real operational workflows and client expectations.
Drive the definition and continuous improvement of campaign-related processes.
Own high-quality process documentation and ensure standards stay current and usable.
Provide visibility through relevant KPIs and recurring insights.
Collaborate with QA and operational teams to identify where issues can be prevented through clearer standards, better inputs, or tooling/process adjustments.
Support cross-functional initiatives (e.g., taskforces) by converting observations into concrete changes: updated standards, improved templates, or structured requests.
