Receiving Material Handler II Supply Chain Receiving Team (11 month defined term) Days Our Material Handlers work at the heart of operations in Clonmel building the products that help to change lives. We are offering an 11-month fixed term contract to work on day shift across its supply chain receiving team. Responsibilities: * Performs manual and clerical duties, which utilize computers in the preparation of materials, supplies, and equipment for receiving. * Drives and promotes safety in the area. * Supports the inbound Supervisor with Core Metric management. * Transports material (e.g., production and non-production materials) upon request, using a company van, forklift, pallet truck to the designated location. * Works with quality to report and investigate shipment damage with the relevant site/personnel. * Responsible for managing priorities. * CI submissions. * Manage material discrepancies. * Space/Storage location management. * Cycle counting. Qualification and Experience: * Leaving Certificate with passed subjects to Include Maths & English or Fetac Level 5. * SAP experience desirable. * Computer skills essential. * Good communication skills. * Full clean driving licence essential. * Needs to be able to work on own initiative. * Strong aptitude for operating equipment in a GMP environment. * Have the ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate a strong motivation towards teamwork. * Must have demonstrated computer literacy. * Excellent attention to detail. * Must be flexible, highly motivated and committed with the ability to deliver results by taking the initiative and taking pride in consistently delivering high quality work on time. * Be a self-starter, a quick learner and have a positive and enthusiastic attitude whilst driving our continuous improvement culture.
