The Senior Content Creator is responsible for developing and executing high-quality content across digital experiences and marketing channels. This role blends strong writing, visual content creation, and hands-on execution within a fast-paced, agency-style environment. This individual will create content for websites and digital marketing campaigns (paid and organic) while contributing to brand development for a portfolio of academic partners.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Execution
- Develop organic content that supports brand awareness and marketing performance
- Produce visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Express
- Create engaging and conversion-oriented copy across formats and channels
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation while maintaining strong editorial judgment and quality control
- Ensure all content meets brand, accuracy, and performance standards
Digital Experiences: Publishing, Performance & Optimization
- Author and update web content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including creating, editing, and publishing of pages
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end content issues, including formatting, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
- Contribute to UX-focused content development and ensure content aligns with user journeys and digital experience best practices
- Apply SEO/GEO/AEO and digital marketing best practices to improve content performance
- Participate in agile workflows, including sprint planning, estimations, and backlog refinement for content-related tasks
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
- Experience in an agency-style environment managing multiple brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both written and visual content capabilities
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe Express
- Experience working within a CMS such as AEM; Webflow; experience with Adobe Edge Delivery Services preferred
- Strong understanding of brand standards and ability to maintain consistency
- Experience leveraging AI tools to support content creation, with a focus on quality and maintaining human oversight
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
