We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead to lead enterprise Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, integrations, and platform modernization programs.

The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader with deep Salesforce platform expertise, proven experience managing development teams, and the ability to architect scalable solutions for complex business environments. This role requires ownership across the full delivery lifecycle — from solution design and technical governance to deployment and stakeholder management.

You will work closely with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive successful Salesforce implementations while mentoring developers and enforcing engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce development teams across multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Provide technical direction, architecture guidance, and code review oversight.
  • Drive best practices for Salesforce development, deployment, and governance.
  • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and business stakeholders to define scalable technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise Salesforce solutions using:
    • Apex
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Salesforce Flow
    • Visualforce
    • SOQL/SOSL
    • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Build reusable frameworks and scalable platform components.
  • Develop custom business logic and UI solutions to support business operations.
  • Analyze existing Salesforce orgs and identify opportunities for optimization and refactoring.
  • Lead modernization efforts including:
    • Migration from Workflow Rules/Process Builder to Flows
    • Trigger consolidation and optimization
    • Code refactoring and technical debt reduction
    • Governance and performance improvements
  • Ensure platform scalability, maintainability, and compliance with Salesforce best practices.
  • Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and third-party enterprise applications.
  • Design and implement API-based integrations with billing systems, analytics platforms, ERP systems, and customer service tools.
  • Ensure secure and reliable integration architecture.
  • Lead implementation and enhancement initiatives across:
    • Sales Cloud
    • Service Cloud
    • Salesforce CPQ / Salesforce RCA
  • Support lead-to-cash, quote-to-order, case management, and customer support processes.
  • Configure Omni-Channel routing, service consoles, and automation workflows.
  • Participate in estimation, sprint planning, and technical solution discussions.
  • Oversee deployments, release management, UAT support, and production stabilization.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables through proper testing and review processes.
  • Collaborate within Agile/Scrum delivery models.

  • Deep understanding of:
    • Salesforce governor limits
    • Security & sharing model

    • Salesforce CPQ / Salesforce RCA
    • Omni-Channel
    • Data migration and deployment tools
  • Proven ability to lead development teams and mentor engineers.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to drive technical discussions and architecture decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience with Salesforce deployment and CI/CD tools.
  • Familiarity with Git/version control and release management practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
  • Salesforce App Builder Certification
  • Additional Architect or Consultant certifications are highly preferred

  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
