Shared Services Officer - Bilingual Accounts Payable and Receivable

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shared Services Officer (Accounts Payable/Receivable) to join our dynamic finance team. This is a junior/entry-level role responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of supplier invoices, employee reimbursements, and various Accounts Receivable functions.

As a key member of our Shared Services team, you will ensure timely payments, maintain accurate vendor accounts, and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be instrumental in supporting the implementation and ongoing use of our EPICOR ERP system, contributing to process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an intern or assistant in Accounts Payable or Receivable.
• Intermediate or advanced English level skills, able to communicate effectively.
• Understanding of Accounts Payable and Receivable processes.
• Proficiency in accurate invoice processing and vendor account reconciliations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service focus.
• Strong attention to detail, process-complaint and organizational skills.

Before starting employment, you will be required to complete a psychometric evaluation and a medical examination, which includes drug and alcohol testing.

• Experience with EPICOR or other ERP systems.
• Familiarity with purchasing processes.
• Exposure to multi-regional operations.
• Diploma in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent).
