As the administrative backbone of our Service Department, you'll play a key role in supporting technicians, customers, and management to ensure work is processed efficiently and customers receive exceptional service.

~1 min readReporting to the Service Manager, you will provide administrative support to the Service Department and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer and internal service enquiries
- Creating and managing service work orders from start to finish
- Maintaining accurate service records and department documentation
- Updating customer and equipment information within company systems
- Assisting with service reporting and departmental administration
- Processing warranty and product improvement claims
- Supporting technicians and management with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Previous administration or customer service experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- A professional and positive approach to customer service
- Mechanical or technical knowledge is advantageous but not essential
- Year 12 completion or relevant experience preferred
