Responsibilities

This Senior Director will serve as the strategic leader for the Business Operations team within the Office of the CBO. Reporting directly to the CBO, you will oversee the broader operational infrastructure and ensure the team is set up for global scale.

  • AI & Automation Strategy: Architect and lead the long-term vision for transforming business processes through AI, building the scalable frameworks required to drive sophisticated automation across the CBO organization
  • Operational Planning: Orchestrate long-range and annual strategy cycles in close partnership with Finance, maintaining a high-performance global operating rhythm
  • Strategic Initiatives & Long-Range Planning: Lead the execution of high-impact strategic initiatives, ensuring resource allocation and investments are precisely aligned with priority market tiers and GTM motions to realize the company vision
  • OKR Ownership & Operating Rhythm: Spearhead the end-to-end, company-wide OKR process, synchronizing CBO and organizational objectives to ensure total alignment across all executive stakeholders
  • Board Preparation: Lead the end-to-end operational process of gathering data, coordinating with cross-functional partners, and managing the review timeline for all Board of Directors materials.
  • Operational Governance: Define and implement global business practices and systems optimizations to ensure seamless, consistent execution across all global GTM functions
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a world-class operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability while driving the delivery of the organization’s most critical strategic initiatives
  • 12+ years of experience in Consulting, Business Planning, or Strategy/Operations, specifically within SaaS
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams for complex, cross-functional execution
  • Deep expertise in financial planning, budget management, and creating scalable business frameworks

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $200,000 and $240,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $250,000 and $300,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.
