BRC is looking for an Intern who is interested in working in Human Resources supporting the Benefits division.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Conduct our I9 Audit
- →Support new hire orientation
- →Scan documents and automate our files
- →Support with preparing and issuing ID badges
- →Collaborate with benefit staff to develop benefit policies and procedures
Requirements
~1 min read- Self-starter and the ability to work independently
- Ability to work as a member of the benefit team member and contribute as needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft office suite including excel, word and power point
The internship is fully in person and provides a flexible schedule, with required commitment of 2 days a week.
- Exposure to HR operations and benefits processes within a large nonprofit organization
- Professional development and networking opportunities
- Hands-on experience in a collaborative HR environment
This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in learning about Human Resources with a focus on employee benefits.
