  • Perform functional testing, trend analysis, and performance verification.
  • Identify system issues, recommend improvements, and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Train facility staff and support long-term system performance.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams.
  • Travel to client sites as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in commissioning, retro-commissioning, BAS, or energy services.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and building controls.
  • Experience working directly with clients in a technical or consultative role.
  • Commissioning certifications (CxA, BCxP) preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel regionally.

WHY JOIN US

  • Play a visible role in growing a high-impact Energy Services practice.
  • Combine technical expertise with client-facing project development.
  • Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.
  • Strong benefits package including healthcare, retirement, and paid time off.
  • Collaborative culture that values expertise, accountability, and continuous improvement.
