PURPOSE and POSITION OVERVIEW
Manage the successful implementation of the MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) expansion grant; oversee model performance; ensure highest quality service delivery; ensure federal grant compliance; manage all components of grant implementation.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves as the day-to-day liaison for the grant project, responsible for ensuring all requirements, activities and deliverables are met and that all reports and continuation applications are submitted in a timely and accurate matter
- Participates in webinars, online training, and teleconferences scheduled by SAMHSA and its partners, as well as other relevant events
- Oversee the provision of MATPDOA expansion to assure full program compliance
- Collaborate with marketing director to establish marketing plan; establish working relationships with partners in the community and with community stakeholders
- Represent MATPDOA expansion at community, regional state and federal levels
- Work in collaboration with Chief Financial Officer and designated fiscal staff to ensure adherence to project budget
- Support, coach and provide guidance to supervisee(s)
- Other projects and duties as assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS and COMPETENCIES
Master's degree in Public Health, APRN, Social Work or related field
Five years post-master's experience in relevant field and three years in the direct management of program/healthcare services
Demonstrated project/program management skills and implementation of services
Knowledge of psychiatric illness and substance abuse
Excellent communication, organizational and documentation skills
Outstanding leadership skills
High degree of cultural competence
