We are looking for an experienced WRITER to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand. This in-person role at the BCG Office in Bangkok offers a unique opportunity to shape compelling narratives, support strategic storytelling, and contribute to purpose-driven projects. You will collaborate with creatives, strategists, and consultants to craft impactful messaging for a diverse range of clients in English, and potentially other languages that you are fluent (extra language ability is a big plus – we work with clients in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam and potentially other nations).  
 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE  

• Contribute creative concepts and eloquent words across all client engagements and actively participate in meetings and critiques (both in-person and virtual) 

• Collaborate closely with designers, art directors, creative directors, and strategists to develop impactful work 

• Conduct conceptual exploration and continuously refine ideas to achieve the highest quality output 

• Consistently deliver work that is both relevant and unexpected 

• Communicate effectively in English with team members, clients, and external partners, and in any other languages you speak with relevant clients 

• Engage with stakeholders across all organizational levels in a professional and effective manner 

• Seek opportunities for personal creative growth 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and solid planning/organizational capabilities 

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English for effective communication and writing in a global business environment 

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Thai or another Southeast Asian language to liaise with local-speaking clients 

• High proficiency in writing across formats, including purpose lines, taglines, vision lines, missions, manifestos, values, speeches, slide titles, worksheets, thought leadership, talking points, and briefs for multiple clients simultaneously 

• Ability to think conceptually and contribute to idea development 

• Experience in a related field or work environment is preferred
