Job Title: Nurse Manager II – Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: USD $2,39,000 – $2,51,000 / yr

Responsibilities

→Oversee daily operations of the Labor & Delivery unit
→Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff
→Ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance
→Collaborate with physicians and cross-functional teams
→Manage staffing, resources, and budgets
→Handle patient concerns and improve care delivery processes

Requirements

5+ years of L&D leadership experience (ANM or Department Manager)
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred
Active California RN License
BLS and NRP certifications required
Experience in high-volume L&D units (400+ deliveries/month)

Bonus: Up to 15% annually
Relocation: Available
