Insurance Agent – Personal Lines

We're a growing independent insurance agency in the Jacksonville/St. Johns area and we're looking for our next great hire.

This isn't your typical agency job posting. We're building something here — a fast-paced, people-first environment where the right person can grow, earn well, and actually enjoy coming to work.

You'll be quoting and binding personal lines policies — home, auto, boat, and more — while building real client relationships. This is a sales and service role, and we need someone who understands that the phone is still the most powerful tool in the business.
