At Brio, we are building a faster, more data-driven and AI-enabled organization. We expect our teams to challenge existing ways of working, embrace new technologies, and continuously improve how we develop products, make decisions, serve our customers, and operate our business. AI is not simply a tool—it is becoming an important part of how we increase speed, improve execution, and scale the organization.

The Vice President, Marketing leads Brio Water Technology’s brand, digital marketing, and creative organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Product & Marketing, the VP builds the brand customers choose across DTC/e-commerce, marketplaces, retail, and the dealer program — and runs the paid, lifecycle, and creative engine that turns that brand into revenue.

The VP leads three teams - Brand Strategy & Growth, Digital Marketing, and Creative and is accountable for building long-term brand value, driving measurable marketing-led revenue, and operating a high-performing in-house creative organization. They will lead an organization of marketing and creative professionals through 2–4 direct reports, developing functional leaders and aligning resources to the company’s growth priorities

The VP, Marketing owns the brand and the full marketing engine — but the center of gravity of the role is marketing-driven revenue.

Paid media, lifecycle/CRM, and content are managed to efficiency and new-customer targets set with the business, and brand work is judged by whether it moves awareness and demand. Creative is run as a production operation — clear intake, standards, and turnaround — so it fuels every channel rather than slowing one down.
