## Role Purpose
Support the successful delivery of the Education portfolio in Brazil, including student mobility, tertiary education partnerships, non-formal education and client-funded programmes.
Provide high-quality administrative, financial, logistical and project support, ensuring programmes are delivered effectively, on time and in line with British Council policies and external requirements.
## Role Accountabilities
* Support the delivery of Education projects and programmes, including data management, reporting, procurement, grants administration and events.
* Maintain accurate financial records, support budget monitoring and forecasting, and ensure timely processing of payments in line with British Council requirements.
* Support project compliance, including due diligence, records management, data collection and storage.
* Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, clients, partners and other stakeholders, ensuring effective delivery of services.
* Support monitoring and evaluation activities, including data quality assurance, basic analysis and progress reporting.
* Work independently to manage workloads, deadlines and competing priorities while contributing effectively to the wider Education and Cultural Engagement team.
* Support the implementation of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) action plans and embed inclusive practices across Education projects and programmes.
* Promote an inclusive and anti-racist working culture, recognising and addressing bias and supporting equitable ways of working.
## Experience
· Essential
* Experience of working in a supporting role on programmes or projects.
* Experience in administrative and financial administration.
* Good understanding of monitoring and evaluation and its role in effective project management.
· Desirable
* Experience supporting the delivery of education, cultural or international programmes.
* Experience working with external partners, vendors or stakeholders.
Work Mode
This is an onsite role. We need candidates who are comfortable to work from office minimum of 3 days in a week.
## Language
* Excellent written and spoken English
Additional Job Requirement
