We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the full HR function for a growing, hands-on fabrication environment in Syracuse, NY. This is a great opportunity for a well-rounded HR professional who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and is comfortable being both a strategic leader and a hands-on problem solver.

The ideal candidate will have strong HR Generalist and management experience, preferably in a blue-collar, construction, manufacturing, fabrication, or skilled trades environment. This role requires someone who can confidently manage employee relations, compliance, benefits, policies, payroll support, performance management, safety-related HR processes, and day-to-day HR operations.
