Who We Are:

At Brooks, we believe movement is the key to feeling more alive. That’s why we’re driven to create gear and experiences that take people to the place that makes them feel more alive — whether it’s a headspace, a feeling, or a finish line.

Everyone who works at Brooks is propelled by a company culture that sparks excitement, fuels collaboration, inspires creativity, and ignites innovation.

Our brand values help bond us together and drive our success:

  • Runner First
    • We act in the best interest of the runner
  • Word is Bond
    • We do what we say we’ll do
  • Champion Heart
    • We give our all in everything we do
  • There is no “I” in Run
    • We stay generous with our humanity
  • Keep Moving
    • We find ways to move every day, because joy is kinetic!

We welcome everyone from every walk of life looking to inspire others through the power of movement - because we’re all moving towards something. Let’s run there.

We believe in the power of movement and the running community. Our stores are more than a retail space, they are a hub for connection, performance, and purpose. We deliver premium products and best-in-class service to runners of all levels, and we bring that to life through community events, local activations, and authentic storytelling.

  • Work cross-functionally and independently to develop and execute a calendar of community events, including fun runs, training groups, wellness workshops, product trials, local race support, Brooks Run Club activities, and seasonal activations.
  • Partner with local run clubs, race directors, fitness influencers, and nonprofit organizations to amplify event impact and store visibility.
  • Serve as on-site lead for all events – ensuring smooth logistics, high energy, and strong representation of our brand values.
  • Leverage customer and team feedback to continuously improve event experiences.
  • Champion the store’s brand presence in the local market through innovative grassroots marketing.
  • Work closely with the regional and HQ Marketing teams to localize national campaigns and product launches.
  • Identify and cultivate local brand ambassadors, running leaders, and athlete advocates.
  • Act as the in-market expert on what resonates locally – delivering insights on trends, competitor activity, and community needs.
  • Create compelling, local-first social media content (in partnership with the corporate Loyalty, PR, and Event Marketing teams) to promote events, tell community stories, and spotlight store experiences.
  • Own email outreach and local event promotion strategies with a focus on conversion and attendance through work with the corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team.
  • Gather and share content (photos, testimonials, short videos) that reflect the vibrancy of our community and store culture.
  • Support store staff in delivering premium shopping experiences – specifically during event-related traffic.
  • Educate the store staff on upcoming events and campaigns to be able to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to measure event ROI and customer acquisition.
