Partner Enablement Specialist
Position Overview
The Partner Enablement Specialist is responsible for delivering the certification, training, and
ongoing enablement that prepare and support implementation partners in delivering BS&A ERP
implementations to BS&A’s standards. This role translates BS&A’s implementation
methodology, playbooks, and recommended practices into partner-ready programs, guides
partners through certification, and provides ongoing tactical guidance to partner personnel as
they execute customer work.
Reporting to the Director of Implementation Partnerships, this role is central to protecting
BS&A’s service reputation: enablement and certification are the mechanisms by which partners
earn the right to take on work, and ongoing advisory support helps partners sustain quality once
engaged. The Partner Enablement Specialist works closely with internal delivery teams to
ensure partner-delivered implementations meet the same quality bar as internal delivery, and is
expected to embed AI-enabled tools and granular, task-level best practices into every partner
program.
Key Responsibilities
Certification & Curriculum Development
• Build and maintain partner certification curriculum, including certification pathways, assessments, and the gates partners must clear by tier and workstream before delivering customer work.
• Translate BS&A’s implementation methodology, playbooks, solution blueprints, and recommended practices into structured, partner-ready training curriculum.
• Develop role- and workstream-specific learning paths that prepare partners to deliver standardized implementations to BS&A’s quality standards.
• Maintain and continuously update curriculum as BS&A’s solutions, product enhancements, and implementation practices evolve.
• Define the criteria and assessment standards that determine when a partner — and individual partner resources — are certified to take on work.
Onboarding & Ongoing Enablement
• Lead the onboarding and ramp of new implementation partners, guiding them through certification and toward delivery readiness.
• Support BS&A’s existing, early-stage implementation partners through enablement and certification, helping bring their delivery capability up to BS&A’s standards as the partner program matures.
• Deliver training and enablement to partner teams (both directly and via BS&A University), building their capability to execute BS&A implementations to standard.
• Provide ongoing tactical assistance to partner personnel as needed — offering advisory guidance, troubleshooting, and answers to questions that arise as partners execute customer implementations.
• Serve as an enablement point of contact for partners through certification and into active delivery, providing coaching, guidance, and support.
• Equip partners with the tools, documentation, and knowledge resources needed to deliver consistent, high-quality implementations.
• Track partner progress through certification and report readiness, gaps, and risks to the Director of Implementation Partnerships.
Quality, Standards & AI-Enabled Best Practices
• Define and embed granular, task-level best practices into every partner enablement program, and ensure consistent adoption across all certified partners.
• Champion the adoption of BS&A’s AI-enabled implementation tools and workflows within partner enablement, so partner-delivered work benefits from the same productivity and quality gains as internal delivery.
• Establish quality benchmarks and feedback loops that surface where partners need additional enablement, and refine curriculum and ongoing support accordingly.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve enablement effectiveness, certification rigor, and partner delivery quality through better content, tooling, and process.
• Reinforce that the quality bar for partner-delivered implementations is non-negotiable, using certification and ongoing enablement to protect BS&A’s service reputation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with internal delivery teams to ensure partner curriculum and ongoing guidance reflect current delivery standards and real-world implementation practices.
• Work closely with the Director of Implementation Partnerships to align enablement priorities with partner recruitment, certification gates, and the partner graduation model.
• Coordinate with Product and subject-matter experts to keep partners current on the latest BS&A solution offerings, enhancements, and developments in the municipal government domain.
• Share insights from partner enablement back into BS&A’s internal implementation methodology and continuous improvement efforts.
