Equity Research, Vice President, Energy & Infrastructure

• →Construct and maintain sophisticated financial models to support company analysis, client recommendations, and investment themes.
• →Monitor and communicate daily new flows, sector developments, and key company events to senior analysts.
• →Design and execute primary research, including surveys of physicians and engagement with Key Opinion Leaders, to gather proprietary insights.
• →Draft and contribute to comprehensive research reports, including original ideas, sector and company updates, breaking news, and initiation coverage.
• →Develop and sustain relationships with company management teams, industry contacts, and internal sales and trading personnel, and institutional investors as experience grows.

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees (PhD or MD) in relevant fields are highly valued but not mandatory
• 5+ years of experience in equity research or investment banking preferred
• Demonstrated passion for biotechnology and life sciences sectors
• Strong work ethic, creative problem-solving skills, and resourceful approach to research
• Advanced skill in building and maintaining financial models and forecasts
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail
• Ability to excel in high-intensity, fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
• Series SIE, 63, 86 & 87 licensing preferred, but not required upon hiring
