We are looking for a proactive and analytical Digital Solutions Analyst to strengthen our Digital Transformation team. This role is ideal for a “builder” who enjoys designing workflows, developing low-code or coded applications, and translating business needs into digital solutions.
You will develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Python, and machine learning tools where relevant. You will also map cross-department processes, build dashboards, analyse data, and uplift the organisation’s digital capabilities.
As a bridge between users and technology, you will design integrated systems that enhance productivity, automate manual work, and strengthen our organisation’s data ecosystem.

Analyse end-to-end business processes across functions (e.g., Charity Services, Medical Services, Administration) to understand operational logic and dependencies.

Identify workflow bottlenecks, duplicated efforts, and data silos.

Propose and architect integrated digital workflows that simplify collaboration and improve efficiency.

Document process maps, business rules, and requirements for system enhancements or new solutions.

Design and develop business applications with Power Apps to support operational needs.

Build automation workflows using Power Automate for approvals, data movement, notifications, and job scheduling.

Maintain and enhance existing apps based on user needs.

Build lightweight Python scripts, APIs, or automation tools to support data processing or backend logic.

Develop machine-learning–powered features (e.g., prediction models, classification logic, simple NLP tasks) where applicable to solve organisational challenges.

Integrate Python-based utilities with Power Platform, SharePoint, or databases when needed.

Maintain high-quality, consistent, and secure data within the organisation’s Data Lake and related repositories.

Build interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to provide real-time insights and KPIs.

Develop analytical models or machine learning proof-of-concepts to support decision-making.

Work with the Head of IT to establish data standards, pipelines, and long-term analytics strategies.

Conduct training to help users adopt self-service dashboards, Power Apps, or AI-driven productivity tools.

Explore emerging technologies (e.g., Copilot Studio, AI Agents, ML automation, API integrations) for workflow improvement.

Support the organisation’s broader digitalisation roadmap by contributing ideas, prototypes, and pilot solutions.
Requirements
~2 min readDegree or Diploma in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
2 to 4 years experience in Data Analytics, Application Development (low-code or Python), or Business Intelligence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

Strong skills in Python for scripting, automation, data processing, or simple ML model development.

Experience with machine learning tools or frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Azure ML) is an advantage.

Strong proficiency in Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau).

Knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals.

Familiarity with APIs and integration connectors is a plus.

Solid foundation in Microsoft 365 applications with a willingness to self-learn and adopt new tech.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to question and redesign inefficient workflows.

Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Curious, proactive, and passionate about continuous improvement.

Comfortable working in a mission-driven environment with diverse teams.
Experience in nonprofit or social service environments is a plus.

Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data services, or enterprise analytics platforms will be added advantage.

Experience building chatbots, AI agents, or Copilot Studio components is a plus.
